Returns Policy
We guarantee your satisfaction. In the unlikely event that the goods are not of a satisfactory quality, are damaged or defective or you wish to return goods for any reason within the terms of this contract, you need to follow the returns policy.
Our standard Returns Policy applies to all purchases from Timber Craft.
Please ensure that we are notified within 48 hours of delivery, of any shortages or defects in the delivery. Should you wish to return anything bought from us we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resaleable condition. Products should be returned within 14 days, in original undamaged packaging, with all the parts, accessories and instructions.
Timber Craft reserves the right to make a 15% restocking charge for any goods which are not returned in mint condition or to refuse to accept such goods, at its sole discretion.
Timber Craft also reserves the right to make a charge for collecting goods from your premises in circumstances where they are not defective but you have cancelled your order. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Our returns policy runs alongside your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations which allows you to cancel your contract with us (e.g. if your product is not wanted) within 7 working days of receipt.
Delivery
Our standard delivery area covers all of the UK mainland apart from the postcodes listed below.
Lighter items can be sent with Royal Mail to these areas with no surcharge but heavy or bulky items may incur a surcharge. Please obtain a quote for delivery to these areas before purchasing.
