Terms & Conditions


All prices include VAT. 

All goods supplied by Timber Craft remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full.

This site trades in accordance with recent EU directives for online trading.
We provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details.

If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by email to timbercraft@xlninternet.co.uk before your goods have been despatched.

If you have already taken delivery of your order, then in line with the Distance Selling Act 2000 you have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to 7 working days starting the day after delivery' and return the goods to us.   Again please notify us by email,  quoting your name, address and order ID and we shall then reply to you with details of where and how to return the item.

If you receive faulty or damaged goods or discrepancies, please contact us within 7 days on 01327 803838  or by emailing; timbercraft@xlninternet.co.uk. You are entitled to a full refund should you wish or alternatively we will arrange an exchange.  In the event of goods needing to be returned, the return will only be valid if authorised by Timber Craft and if returned in appropriate packaging. We ask that you open all packages with care and that you retain the packaging in case the goods need to be returned.  Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met we reserve the right to return the goods without notice.

All packages returned to us unclaimed via the Royal Mail will be subject to reshipping charges of the original shipping value.

Your credit card is charged in the name of "Timber Craft"

We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions which take effect on the date which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). We collect information about you for 2 reasons: firstly, to process your order and second, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will not pass your details on to any other company or individual without your consent.
